An ok stay for a night’s rest and to lay your head. Didn’t like the dormitory feel of the location. Also had an issue with the tv in the room not working.

Ok for last minute booking The bed was not comfortable at all, it was a full size bed which I thought I booked a queen. I’m not sure & had trouble reviewing my booking details so I didn’t complain to management.

I liked the price of the room and that I was able to bring my small dog. I was disappointed that the only amenity was soap and a fridge. My pillows did not have pillow cases. My friend had to give me one from her bed. The towels were not bleached and pillows were yellow from head grease. The shower curtain had a black smudge from someone's dirty hand. The property was nice and so was the location. But they don't clean rooms daily only every other week. You have to rent dishes and pots. Only give you 2 towels and face clothes your entire stay.

You are right that our amenity offerings are unique and are not like those offered at traditional hotels --- we allow guests to choose and pay for only the amenities they want to use, like more frequent housekeeping or adding cookware to our in-room kitchens. At 7.30 am staff was pounding on door, finally after i answered wanted to know if i was checking out that day. Checkout is at 11am, and you have a computer system and my reciept that shows i was checking out that day, what is the need of pounding on a door to figure that out. Very unprofessional.will never return. Also room had bugs especially in the drawers, and bed was uncomfortable, seemed like at any moment was about to break
