Nice hotel and Great Price This hotel is in a good location close to the beach but not so close that you pay astronomical prices. This is a extended stay place so ithat does have a good amount of construction workers or workers who travel for a living. The staff is great they all greet you with a smile.

Decent hotel, 10 miles (but 30 minutes) from beach Their check in is at 3pm. You can't check in before that because there isn't anyone there. I tried to check in 5 minutes early, and the check-in staff wasn't even there. It was a 30 minute (in traffic) drive to the beach. The whole place smells like cigarette smoke, even though there are only a few smoking rooms. Even the elevator smelled like it. The room was clean enough. It wasn't spectacular. Nice place Room was very nice and clean. Wondered how it would be because the price was so low but it was great! The kitchen was perfect. The hotel staff were awesome.

hotel was great whenwe got there did not have where I rented the room but work with me got us a room but will not use you all again

If you want simple and clean No there aren't a bunch of fancy extras but for the price we paid over memorial day weekend I am thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly and the rooms were CLEAN!!!! We have zero complaints. I wish the wifi was free but for 7 nights close to beaches and everything Wilmington it was a fantastic stay.

Stayed the week to visit family in the area. Didn't find ice machines, housekeeping, wi-fi was an add'l cost, but for a budget stay, quite reasonable.
