If you want simple and clean No there aren't a bunch of fancy extras but for the price we paid over memorial day weekend I am thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly and the rooms were CLEAN!!!! We have zero complaints. I wish the wifi was free but for 7 nights close to beaches and everything Wilmington it was a fantastic stay.
Stayed the week to visit family in the area. Didn't find ice machines, housekeeping, wi-fi was an add'l cost, but for a budget stay, quite reasonable.
Good value for your buck. First time staying here, working out of town and stayed for 2 weeks. Definitely a nice place for the price. Will stay here again if working this way again!

Everything I expected. The room was great and the environment made me feel like I was home. Great staff. Convenient to my destination. Wish I knew about the monthly rental before I made a deposit somewhere else. Recommend to others.

BEST 3-star IN Wilmington! Clean & Affordable! I had a great stay. VP is comfortable, quiet and CLEAN! Staff was more than generous and friendly. If I had any problems, I was immediately assisted! I stood 60 days opposed to some people who stayed a week or so and are complaining and giving bad reviews. I can TELL you with assurance that these comments are BOGUS and these people obviously didn't like someone or something or had higher expectations for the money, theres usually a rhyme and reason for that type of "ugly" commen... read more

Nice place to stay for those on a budget! Nice and quiet. Close to beaches and Historical Downtown Wilmington. Close to shopping and Restaurants.

The rooms were clean, but they need to supply more things such as towels,ice machine. Not enough toilet paper,no shampoo.Plus u had to pay for wiifi. dishes, no iron,thats crazy all hotels offer that free of charge.It's like they trying to make money off of people..

Poor service I want start and say check in time was 3pm but could check in till 5pm cause they said they was understaffed but when I walked back up too desk for toilet paper and soap and cups that they didn't restock the room with, there was 4 employees just hanging out doing nothing, and I had too still wait 20min for the stuff. The hotel is clean and up too date, but service was very poor
