The front desk clerks (Mimi and Toyi) were very helpful and responded quickly to my requests. I was able to borrow cooking utensils, the guests were respectful, and I parked my car right next to my room to keep an eye on it. I would recommend ESA to anyone who needs kitchen facilities like I did - my house got smoke and water damage due to my neighbor's house fire, the electricity / gas was shutoff but I saved all my food, thanks ESA!
Smelled like incense but the room was clean and very nice!

No coffee maker machine in room no cups and they said breakfast included but there is no breakfast

Not an extended stay hotel!! The beds were nicely made and comfortable but, the overall appearance of the room was old and needed an update the floors were uneven and no carpeting. We stayed on the second floor as we came out of the elevator, the hallway reeked of old smoke that was embedded in the walls, which was really awful! Thankfully, our room didn't have the same odor, I had my granddaughter's college graduation the next day and everything was booked otherwise, I would not have stayed at the hotel. Overpriced and Depressing Weird vibe in an overpriced, dark corridor hotel. My check-in was video taped without prior warning or permission. Room OK. Mattress not real comfortable and furnishings dated. "Breakfast" was either a granola bar or individually wrapped store bought muffin. No coffee available until I asked. Depressing. Couldn't wait to leave.
