The hotel seems a little older and run down. It definitely needs some general upkeep and thorough cleaning. Tub was dirty, spill on the front of the refrigerator, floor had spots, and towels are thin. For the value and the location it's not a bad choice, you just need to have appropriate expectations that this is a basic hotel with a few minor issues.

My only complaint was that they didn't have any plastic cups in the room

Great staff, nice room Kurt at the front desk checked us in and was very nice, personable & professional. Kurt gave us a restaurant recommendation and made sure we were heading the right way (I had my 8 yr old daughter with me, he wanted to make sure we didn't walk on a busy road or snow). The woman at the front desk, I'm sorry I didn't get her name, was extremely accommodating, nice & professional.
