Never got my room Never got the chance to stay. I booked my stay before 11pm. When I got there after a long day at the beach to check in. They did not have a room available. I paid for my room in advance my room should of been secured. I had to call to get my refund. Never again will I book a stay here.
Microwave was broken has a burning smell when I tried to use it. Almost had to pay twice for a prepaid booking
Horrible stay For the the two days I that I stay there the room service was Horrible no one came clean the room I had to take the used towels to staff to get new ones on top of that the shower wasn’t clean to my liking
This was the worst hotel stay I've stayed in a while. First, I was given keys to a room that was not cleaned even though I checked in at 6:00pm, 3 hours later than the earliest check in time. I was quickly able to get a new room, but it was still not a great start to my stay. Next the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. I should have taken this as a warning. The neighborhood is good. But very poor service. Customer have to ask for everything.
Staff was fine but the room itself had a lot of issues, ranging from a busted toilet to a room with no desk chair. I had to ask for one in the front desk! Apparently lots of stuff gets broken and tossed at this hotel. Not to mention, if you are high-risk for COVId, clients here (and some staff) do not wear masks in hallways and public spaces indoors.
THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN This hotel is disgusting!! If you smoke pot and cigarettes this is your dream hotel, No hot water in room broken facet,All washing machines broken couldn't do laundry at all!! THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!
