Solo female traveler, stayed a week. Pros: Cost, location, full size fridge, sink, plenty of hot water and felt safe coming in at all hours. Cons: Filthy (inside & outside) and smelled awful (smoke and whatever the heck the other gross smells were) every item of clothing I had hung up reeked. Tried all kinds of sprays and plugins and nothing could make it better. Bugs everywhere. Staff not following rules and different answers from night and day staff. I’ve stayed here before and the staff doesn’t seem to care when their friends want to hop on a register and check someone in/out. I was checking in and got sent to a room only to walk in and find it smelled like cigarette smoke, the bed was not made, and there were someone else’s clothes on the table! I went back to the front and got assigned another room immediately (which isn’t really going “above and beyond” in my eyes, it’s just common sense). Discusting rooms and staff very rude. Walking around without masks letting a care giver like my girl is as I have cancer. And this caregiver that we got angry about was sitting in the lobby chit chatting with the staff no masks and going back to that room to care for someone else with cancer.?

Never open the door also in Expedia is not a note for this resort that you can’t go at 12am in midnight. That’s why am not call that I be late... very disrespectful maybe because I be with a black men... she said is a full the hotel but is not true..

Staff were very very very Rude While checking out in the morning, I was moving my bags to my car. When I got back, they had thrown the rest of my staff out of the room. Said they needed to clean. It was just 5 minutes past checkout. Terrible customer service
