Wouldn’t book again Older out of date. Halls where dirty Room was ok at best.

Horrible experience! I requested a refund! I was a little late for check in (at 3pm) which should've been fine! The staff gave my room away after already paying via Expedia! I ordered a Queen size bed, smoking room! They gave us what was left which was two full size beds, Non smoking room! UNACCEPTABLE!

Smh! My reservation was not sent over from hotels.com so they didnt have the room a requested which was a queen bed room I had to settle for a twin beds room. Very disappointing.

Carpet stained. There was a old dusty remote behind my bed. Dirty plate and cup under my bed. The tv was staticky. Room did not even smell good when I walked in. The couch was very old as well

I reserved a suite with a King bed and got a room with a full size mattress and three flat pillows. Three? Four would make much more sense. The kitchenette is useless! No utensils, plates, cups, etc. Nothing to eat or cook with with, not even a coffee pot. The TV was very small, obviously old and had horrible picture quality. My stay was only an overnight which was good because I will not stay for an extended stay.

Cigarettes From the moment we got off the elevator it smelled like cigarettes and black n milds. In the room all over everywhere we went smelled like cigarettes. We laid down and the pillows was like we smashed cigarettes in our faces. They never came to change towels
