Affordable, good hotel I discovered during my first night that the heating system in the room did not work properly. The people at the desk could not have been more helpful and found another room for me despite the hotel's being crowded. What a nice staff! -- There's nothing fancy about this hotel, but the rooms are clean, large, and attractive.

Better than I expected At the price, I expected it to be more like Motel 6 than anything. Very pleased and surprised to find a kitchenette waiting for me. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I'd recommend it.

Satisfied Room had full kitchenette which I did not expect. Not needed but a nice touch anyways. Bed was clean, a little firm but I slept okay. My room was at the end of the hall facing I70 so there was some road noise but nothing unbearable. Wireless internet access was available. As I saw in other reviews of the hotel, the road that it is on is a challenge to not only find but to turn onto as well. I got better directions from a gas station clerk who described "right past the last exit for 70 you'll turn right" Which means... read more

Needs Improvemen Needs improvement-need house keeping-need to vaccum the hallway over all need to clean stairway, escalate, desk counter, hallway...

Fully Equiped Kitchen???? The desk woman was very nice when we checked in, however when we needed something she seemed so rushed & rude. We checked in around 6 PM & went out to dinner, the next day we took in some sites & got back around 6-7, when I went down to ask for kitchen supplies she wanted to know why we didn't ask sooner ("You checked in yesterday why are you just letting me know?, It's too late to get what you need!) Fantastic Staff was very friendly and courteous. Hotel was located near great restaurants and a near by shopping area.

Awesome Experience We have stayed in quite a few hotels, but this was by far one of the best. It is extended stay meaning that it is basically a studio apartment with weekly housekeeping. Fresh towels are available daily at the front desk. The staff were about as friendly as they come. The room was spotless. There's a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc... in the room for your use. You have to do your own dishes, which isn't a big deal.
