Checking in June 1st at 4:30 PM Central time, was delayed for 20 minutes. Front desk staff claimed our room was being cleaned. After the 20 minutes, our room was dirty and floors were not swept. Front desk, upon complaint gave us a different room. Inside 2nd room, in the refrigerator was a dead cockroach!

The room i was assigned wasnt clean at all. They upgraded me to a king bed, the shower was running real slow. Other guest were loud with loud music.

Couldn’t stay, not even when desperate. The floors were sticky and the room smelled awful. In the bathroom, there was a huge crack in the ceiling that water from the shower sprayed up into and then it dripped down on you as you tried to shower. I had to cut my stay short. They seemed understaffed and very rude.

Horrible horrible hotel glad it was 1 night One of worst hotels I have every stayed at. Picked a room with 2 queen beds because my son was going to stay. Good thing he chose to not stay because BOTH beds were broken. The support in middle was broken. The dresser was missing handles the bathroom light switch didn't work. I asked if they had any other rooms and the all the lady could say to me was "all booked". She did that twice. After that I went into bathroom and there were absolutely NO towels. Stayed for a 3 night stay. Room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned from the previous stay. Still had some trash under the bed. Shower pressure was terrible. Sink pressure was too strong. Staff was pleasant. Not bad for a quick trip that we weren’t in the room much, but probably wouldn’t choose it again.

When we arrived they had the counter padlocked up and there were people in the lobby yelling at us not to stay here, that there are cockroaches climbing the walls and horrible service. When we tried to call the phone number it was disconnected. We ended up having to find another place to stay at 11 pm at night because there were no employees to be found anywhere.
