Roaches The place has roaches, I complained and they switched my room but I couldn’t get a refund
I left a day early because of roaches in my room. This was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. I decided to stay here because Expedia showed a 8+ review score. I’m not sure who has been propping up the review scores for this place, but it’s nasty. I spotted two roaches on the kitchen floor and one roach on the shower wall.
The hotel charged me but didn't offer me service. They're not fair. And the place is full of smokers.

Overpaid I paid for a king bed but got a queen. Hotels.com tried getting the hotel to give me a partial refund but the hotel refused

This place was a dumb, I did not even sleep on the bed. It was so dirty. I sleep on a leather chair because I was afraid to catch something. The shower was horrible and they had no shampoo or conditioner. The kitchen was dirty, the hallways smelled really bad. They had crackheads and homeless walking in and out of hotel. I could not make it through 1 night I had to check out. I have never stayed in a hotel like this it is not a 7 rating its like a 2-3.

Budget service but not budget pricing, didn’t feel completely safe and smell, while not horrible was also not good.
