Not the best weekend away Waited 15 mins just to check in. No cups in the room. No trash cans in the room

Very disapointed No coffee pot, bed apreads, or any utensils for a kitchen, hadn't been cleaned. Found glasses and trash in corners and under beds.

Unsatisfactory Hotel We will never stay at this hotel again. This hotel felt more like a boarding house and seemed very transient. We were greeted daily by smokers in the indoor stairwells as we came and went from the hotel. We booked a non smoking room and got one, but it was obviously in the middle of the smoking rooms because our room seemed more like a bar.The cleanliness of the room was very unsatisfactory and the ammenities shown in the online booking photos were not included. Awful!!! My stay was awful. I arrived 4 hrs after chexk in and my room wasnt ready. I had to sit in my car and wait for an hr for my room. The room wasnt even properly cleaned.one of the bedd didnt have a comforter. There were no ash trays in my smoking room. Smoke alarm was set off from cigarette smoke. There was no one at the desk for 30 minutes when i went to check out and on 3 seperate occasions that i called to the front desk no one ever answered. It also says free breakfast but its really coffee and granola bars.

Low cost hard bed Beds are firm (very firm) and pillows are soft. Stains on carpets and spots on walls. When we got to room the heat was on full blast and it was 90 in then room.

I stayed in the room two different nights and both times I checked in the room was dirty.

This property was in need of repair and care . The room was not clean and it was not what I have experienced in other extended stay properties . The clients seem to be some live -ins , with questionable character . The stairway was very littered as was the stained, greasy rooms - recently declared non smoking . All aspects of the room was dirty and had not been cleaned in many days .
