Check for bed bugs Two words — bed bugs. I brought an actual bug to the front desk and the attendant was just as grossed out as we were. She was very kind and apologetic, but I’m sorry, no amount of courtesy makes up for bed bugs. We left immediately.

Filthy Rip-Off This hotel room was filthy. My bathroom looked as though it had not been cleaned in weeks. There was blood on the floor next to the toilet. The sink has caked on shaving cream with stubble in it. The shower had pubic hair on the floor and was visibly filthy. There was no breakfast. They just set out coffee and granola bars on a shelf next to the front desk. This is false advertising.

The room had an oder. We had to keep the window open in 30 degree weather to let out the smell. The continental breakfast was sorry. The hot water wouldn't enen melt the cocoa for hot chocolate. Will not return

Service still great but the property was dirty and they were doing some remodeling or something. It was a mess.

Never again. Hotels.com will not be getting business from me anymore. I biked through them for a couple nights and the price online was $84.99 a room. I applied a promo code which took $10/per night off. Making the room 74.99. When I went to “check out” someone the room was jacked up to $94.99. Seemingly so the room in general was not discounted. I called to get this taken care of. They said they couldn’t help because I already paid for the room and no reimbursement were going to be made for the difference.

The whole stay was just terrible. The hotel and rooms were just PLAIN GROSS!! One of our rooms had hair in the sheets. When you pull the covers back to go to bed, the last thing you want to see is someone else's HAIR!!!! The floors in the rooms had not been mopped, or vacuumed for that matter. There was sticky stuff all over the floor, and dirt and hair stuck in it. There was other guests on the floor smoking weed, and I mean the whole time we were there. Booked a king size bed but when we got the room it only had a full size bed. Went back downstairs and the staff member said they were overbooked and didn't have anything bigger. Plus the continental breakfast is oatmeal packets and coffee
