The hotel smelled like smoke, the room was not clean, the sheets were stained, the bathroom was dirty, the breakfast was almost non existent.

Retrain the cleaning crew The hotel was filthy and littered with trash inside and out. Entire place smelled of cigarette smoke. Bed was too firm.

No maid service this trip Try to get on the "free" internet access was a nightmare. The staff requires that you take log on problems to a remote help desk. The speed was so slow that to do anything I had to pay a increased service fee. I used a personal hot spot with my iPhone the second day.

Room for improvement The moment I walked into the room, I noticed the stench of cigarette smell; this is a non-smoking hotel. Also, I was told they have “High-Speed” internet; the internet is snail slow. The test showed less than 1 mps; to put that in perspective, Charter is 100mps. You can pay for 2.5 faster which means you pay for less than 2 mps. So, you go from snail to turtle slow for your money. Youtube videos keep stopping. Not sure this qualifies as “High-Speed”..

Was told when we got there that we had no room there but at another location even though we made reservations there. Staff didn't really care that we had made reservations there because it wa close to sons home. Would never recommend to anyone.

Smokers Paradise Non smoking room stunk of cigarette smoke. Front sidewalk littered with cigarette butts. Staff spent a lot of time out back on smoking breaks. Not very pleasant for non smokers.

AWWWWWFUL When I wen to check in the guy at the front counter told me that they may not have a room for me because they overbooked. How can you overbook when I already paid? He then tells me well I can put you in a King instead of a Queen to which I replied "for free, correct?" The mans response, "well I guess so since we have no queens." He gives me my room keys and I notice "No Smoking. $250 fine" handwritten on the card sleeve. NOT IMPRESSED I arrived 2 hours early to check in since we were playing baseball at 3pm and 5pm. Other hotels have let me do this and so I tried. When I walked in I greeted a younger man with a hello how are you and he never responded with a word. I asked if I could check in and he said at 3pm. I said okay and walked out. He was rude. I came back later that evening to check in and the YOUNG lady at the desk was nice and respectful. The rooms were OK. I will not go back to this hotel. Nice people, not nice hotel Every person we came into contact with was extremely nice and polite; however, when we entered our room there was an odor that they tried to cover up with air freshener, which made it worse. The widows were open too. The refrigerator was unplugged and upon plugging it in after having to physically move it out to get to the plug, it was loud and noisy. We unplugged it.
