Tooooo much cigarettes smoke. I had a no smoke room. But people were smoking in their room at 1am in the morning. Woke up coughing.

Asked for lower floor when we booked,got there put us on the top floor Didn’t clean our room,wanted xtra.. Had to go get my own towels,and they asked I bring my dirty ones back,which I didn’t left on the bathroom floor Shower didn’t work properly. Just old granola bars and old coffee for there breakfast Not happy at all never again.

We requested two double beds and when we got there they only had a double. We paid for two doubles. They were able to bring in a roll away. The room smelled like body sweat. The beds were small and uncomfortable.

Bad experience Got to the hotel to find out that we didn’t get the type of room we reserved, then the room we got was dirty so they moved us to a different room.

!st experience at an extended stay hotel I arrived and was given a key to my room when I arrived the door was open already and towels were missing. I had to call to get more towels brought up to my; then I also had to call to get a shower curtain for the tub and to top things off I was put in a handicap room; which I did not ask for. I also had to have my guest kill a water bug on the way out of the room. I am afraid of them. Rooms were filled with pet hair/fur it was on everything including bed...its fine to be pet friendly but this was too much. Rooms are supposed to be non smoking however you smell cig smoke the whole time along with an extremely strong fragrance as soon as you open door to room, like a cover up smell. It was very overwhelming and caused us to have headaches. Staff was great just not a place i could personally stay at again.

I was not aware that the rooms did not get cleaned when you only stay two nights, the shower faucet, dripped all night. the ac was not any steady temp, kicked in and out all night long. The pillows are so thin you need three or more to be a normal size. I only picked you hotel because it was cheaper than the other ones in the area. Now I know why. I would never stay in that hotel again.
