No rooms The second time in a row I booked this hotel for an employee that upon arrival there were no rooms for him! They had to call three other hotels last time, four this time. Inconvenient when you arrive at 11:00pm!

Worst experience ever Had to wait an hour after check in. Room was not ready but other guest came in and were able to get their room. Room was dirty and wait staff was hardly ever at the front desk when we needed something. Just overall a horrible stay.

Probably wouldn't go go back No one at desk for check in. Room was blah. Nightstand was dirty and sticky from a spill that wasn't cleaned. Clock was wrong so thankfully I didn't trust it! Electrical outlet looked charred. But worst of all the bed was extra extra firm, like sleeping on a blanket on the floor. Also 3 of the same brand hotel within a block so be careful with searching on a map. Be sure to use the actual address.

The television was very small and did not even have the channel the World Series is on. There was no coffee maker and no breakfast in the lobby area. Not a good value.

Bedbugs Clearly my room had BEDBUGS and I will never stat at an Exstended Stay again!

Dirty run down property with peeling paint. Full kitchen with no amenities at all. No plates, cups, silverware etc. Room was dirty. No maid service.

Not for the overnigth guest This would have been fine if were staying for a week or so. Nice little kitchen area to prepare own meals. However since we were there fro only one night it was lacking. There is no ice machine in the motel. We were told we could freeze ice in the freezer of the fridge. Not very easy for when we checked in a 9:00PM. Also, the grab a go breakfast was coffee, apples, granola bars and packaged muffins. At the price we paid for the room, we could have had a full breakfast at other motels... next time ... read more

Complaint about Extended Stay America St. Louis There was something wrong with the air conditioner. It was dripping and the floor was soaked by our bed. We all stepped in it. It was disgusting. The room smelled too. The free breakfast consisted of muffins and oatmeal in packets, granola bars, apples and coffee. I have 2 teenagers so there is no way that was going to fill them. We had to go out to a restaurant for breakfast, and it being Sunday, they were all packed. I would like a refund.
