My room had a leaking air conditioner and mildew The entire carpet was soaked with water from the leaking air conditioner. Hotel staff refused to move me to another room. I spent my weekend in a foul smelling room. All of my clothing, luggage, and even my hair smelled like mildew.

Very disappointed and will not return The employees didn't know what they were doing or how to check people in for their stay. We waited almost an hour to get checked into our room. Two groups in front of us were told they over booked the hotel and had no rooms for them. The room smelled terrible and their was a pizza left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. So I'm not sure our room was even cleaned thoroughly. Very disappointed in this hotel and will not be booking one again.

Needs more staff pronto This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I don't think I will return. The first time there was no hand soap in the bathroom and when we headed out for dinner we told the front desk about it and he said he would get us some. When we returned no one was at the front desk and nothing was brought to our room. The front desk was dark like no one was working. I thought they would have someone there at all times at the desk. Worst service ever. worst service ever. it took 30 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk. unbelievibly rude staff. the beds were not comfortable and the sheets were not soft. breakfast my butt. seriously, coffe, oatmeal packets, and cereal bars. that was it. during check out, the lady wasn't at the desk, shocker. and she was talking to her staff member rather than helping us. i will not be coming back.

Flophouse Original room we were given, first off the door wouldn't close right. The lights would not go on. Turns out the lamps the bulbs were broken. Asked for another room and second room had a horrible leak under the bathroom sink. There was hair in the bathtub. The bathroom garbage wasn't even collected. Gross experience.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. My son found old chapstick under the bed. When we first walked in there was a pair of black underwear on a black chair that blended in so I know it was never checked or cleaned

Rude staff. awful. gave away one of the rooms I booked and then told me one wasn't available. told me it wasnt her problem. then gave a key to a different room which someone was already sleeping in. staff refused to give number to customer service or her name. cannot recommend this hotel.

Worst stay ever I paid for two queens and upon arrival at the hotel, they moved me to another hotel due to over booking. The room I got was a single, not two queens. In addition, when we asked for bedding for the pull out, we were told no.

Unclean bathroom answer stains on the walls Hair in the tub and on door.. red stains on ceiling and walls
