My room was clean but hallways and elevator was gross and smelly

Asked for a smoke free room due to health condition. Whole hotel smelled like an ash try!!! Disgusting!!

Staff was very friendly, we were told to come to the front desk if we needed anything like toilet paper for example. Whenever we went to the front desk no one was to be found, even during the intial check in we sat around waiting for someone to come and help us. Rooms were dirty and definitely could use a little cleaning.

Bad information from central phone system The desk is not staffed 24 hrs a day but the managers live on site. I called ahead to let them know we would have a late check in and what did we need to do. The call went to a Central phone system that manages many of their hotels. I was given poor information through that central system regarding check in and what was needed for supplies in the room.
