Bad information from central phone system The desk is not staffed 24 hrs a day but the managers live on site. I called ahead to let them know we would have a late check in and what did we need to do. The call went to a Central phone system that manages many of their hotels. I was given poor information through that central system regarding check in and what was needed for supplies in the room. It took forever for someone to check me in when I showed up at the check in time. The rooms were clean and really good. I travelled alone and didn’t feel that safe. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it’s good if you’re on a budget.

Overall, it wasn’t bad; however, the toilet was dirty with dried urine marks. It is not a hotel but a longer stay place. It does not have shampoo or conditioner, or an iron etc. Not bad for the price. Doubt I will stay there again.

The room and Property was nice, there was no Coffee on Property or in the Room, if you wanted coffee you have to by there coffee maker for 29.99, no Kleenex in room. They charged our debit card prior to arriving and didn't give us the option of another payment. 😡 Desk is not manned 24 hours.
