Dissatisfaction Guaranteed If you want a different room, you will have to wait and make another reservation. This is what the manager herself told me. If you order pizza, it's 50/50 whether they can directly deliver to your room. Last week, they brought it right to me. This week, the front desk clerk told the guy I had to come down to get it. Very clean and nice. It didn’t have certain things that would normally be provided like a clothing iron, coffee maker, hair dryer... It had a stove but no pots, dishes, etc...but then there isn’t a dishwasher so that may be the reason. The room sleeps 4 but only 2 bath towels were provided. There were 4 of us so it would have been nice to have a towel for each of us. Our room was facing the highway so traffic noise was a bit bothersome.
I liked the idea of a kitchenette...But nothing to work with ...It has stove, no pans or utensils, plates, or cups. no ice trays to make ice in refrig. No shampoo, conditioner , or blow dryer....It is lacking much when saying you have a kitchette. we couldn't use, because no equipement
I liked how comfy the bed was. Defintely could have used more pillows and an extra blanket
I liked that the property was new, and the gentlemen at the front desk couldn't have been more accommodating. I would have liked to see a lounge area within the premise for gathering. Also my friend had a reservation for one of the nights and wasn't able to get there until 11:30 and everything was locked down and he wan't able to get a room.
They have only been open a week. Everything was clean & fresh. Staff was very friendly. Overall a very nice stay.
