Breakfast was plain could’ve been better. Bed were good. Staff was definitely rude. Did not help at all when we need something
The building itself isn’t secure. Anyone can enter the building and move throughout the hotel with no room key card. The room itself was good the bed was comfy and it was plenty of space . You can tell that the room was straighten up but not cleaned. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I wiped everything I would touch down and the surfaces were all dirty .

Our room had a strong smell of Indian food, which made my daughter vomit. We requested a new room, but none were available. Since our previous hotel reservation was canceled, we had no other place to go, so we had to endure this for two nights. Additionally, the room was filthy, with stains everywhere. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
There was no room available when we went to check in
The floors were sticky and the shower was dirty. Although the room comes with a fridge, stovetop, and microwave, they will not provide you with pots, pans, plates/bowls, and utensils even though it is advertised that they will. The stovetop doesn't work very well either. Walls are thin and you can hear the doors shutting throughout the night. "Free breakfast" was very underwhelming with three items to choose from and bad coffee.
Went the place and they had no room for us.
When I got there I was told I couldn't check in because the internet wasn't working. I pointed out that I had a reservation and needed the room, and the clerk did get us into one. It was the wrong kind (two doubles insteadof the two queens that I'd reserved), but for the first night it was adequate, so I took it, thinking we could fix it the next day, when the rest of our party was to arrive and it then wouldn't be adequate.
