ROACH MOTEL IT WAS HORRIBLE. THE ROOM AND SHEETS WERE FILTHY AND STAINED, THERE WAS WHAT APPEARED TO BE DRY BLOOD ON THE WINDOW SHADE. THE ODOR WAS FOUL THERE WAS DIRT AND HAIR ALL OVER THE BATHROOM, FLOOR AND SHOWER. NOTHING WAS CLEAN. I REQUESTED A DIFFERENT ROOM OR AT LEAST SHEETS SO I COULD CHANGE THE BEDDING AND THE RUDE WORKER AT THE FRONT DESK SAID SHE COULDNT GET THEM BECAUSE SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING AND COULD NOT LEAVE THE DESK. Ghetto Fabulous They locked my dogs in the room and wouldn't let me get them unless I paid in full, and I tried paying them in the morning and couldn't get a hold of them. Very rude, didn't communicate at all and wouldn't let me see my dogs for over an hour. Didn't understand anything. Wouldn't stay there again if my life depended on it. GHETTO FABULOUS!!!!

Booked a hotel with no room for me. Then sat on hold getting it figured out. Sent me to another hotel. Guess what no room. I got a refund but wasted two hours of my life and slept in my vehicle.

I am rating this as less than 1.... i got in to the area after driving 6 hours to learn they were overbooked and did not have my room. The girl at the front desk was not compassionate and while she did call another extended stay to see if they had rooms which they did not. She never made eye contact with me and when i asked her to use the bathroom she said we with a chuckle "well we dont have public restrooms" so i said it again and she let me in.
