My tv didn’t work, asked both days to get it fixed and they said finally “they can’t fix it”... I didn’t have a tv both days.

Nobody at the front desk to check me in!!!!! I booked this hotel through Hotel.com because it looked like a brand new hotel and it was in an area that I would be visiting friends. After being delayed several hours in Dallas due to thunderstorms I had dinner with my friends then went to the hotel to check in around 11:00 pm. When I arrived the office was closed but there was a sign that said to dial 500 from the lobby phone to check in after 8:00 pm. Well...… after trying that several times, nobody answered!!
