The traffic noise from the freeway was unbelievably bad. They say coffee 24/7. Not true! They put cups out at 7am? I had to leave at 6:30am without coffee😒

This property is horrible. Do not stay here. I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE. They were rude and disrespectful to both myself and my girlfriend. The manager was rude as all hell to my girlfriend over smoking right next to a ash tray that was bolted to the cement outside and this property was recently built and one would assume that if they bolt a ash tray to the ground. You could smoke there. They also refused to let me bring my service dog with me in the elevator. They also discriminated only towards myself and girlfriend. As I s... read more
Discrimination lawyer headed her way It was horrible I had to leave which I wanted to anyway but I was a former employee there so the bitter ass manager karianne made me leave with my children because I used to work there or originally I was going to extend my stay because it’s closer to my children’s school
If you stay here YOU WILL BE SORRY!! This place is terrible. No clean sheets or towels ever. No one cleaned the room ever. No quarters at the front desk. POLICE THERE EVERY NIGHT., marijuana smoke filled the hallways. People buying drugs all hours of the night. Prostitution was wide open and the other guests were bothersome. Do not stay here. You have been warned

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL We arrived at 11pm were told our room " wasn't ready" and to wait we waited a half hour the front desk person never returned and we left and had to find another hotel AND there were several other people there waiting for their rooms also HORRIBLE WILL NEVER BOOK THIS BRAND OF HOTEL AGAIN

The floor in our room was greasy so we wore shoes all the time. We were in a handicap room that was near the elevator and an alarm was going all night. We asked the front desk and said they could do nothing. We also didn’t have a shower curtain in the room or a hand towel.
