Took forever to get checked in! Took about 25 minutes due to a slow computer

Weird set up for a hotel, room was dirty upon entering but we did not inspect it until we were actually in the room (which was about 2am). We had no toilet paper and only 2 towels total and the front desk closed at like 10pm... we called the after hours number atleast 5 times and went downstairs to the front desk even though it was closed. Nobody answered or responded to us. Then upon searching the room for toilet paper or even a box of tissue we saw dirty old linen in the cabinet under the sink. Liked nothing about the hotel! Went to check out, no one was there, told to leave the room key but we didn’t want to because we wanted to talk to someone about checking out early, I waited for 2 hours and still no one helped me check out. Finally decided to come back 2 hours later to see if anyone was there and was told they checked us out already ... ask them a couple questions and didn’t get any answers so I decided to leave the room key and a day later was charge for entire weekend when I only stayed 1 day ... the hotel d... read more

Won't Stay Here Ever Again This is the first time I've had an issue with this location. I found a needle between the towels and when I reported it, they said it must've been mine. They were rude and I will not stay here again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Stay far away if you care about your safety The floors were sticky in the room, the bed clearly hadn't been changed and all linens were dirty. There was fresh blood on the floor and in the elevator, which management tried to tell us was ketchup. It very clearly was blood. The whole floor smelled very strongly of weed, and the walls were paper thin. We could hear everything going on in every room near us. We did not realize this was an extended stay place and that there were not so great residents living there.

There was no instruction when we arrived for check in. Front lobby lights was turned off and reception area was closed off. Communication was really bad on the hotel not explaining how customer would check in or check out. When checking out we just slipped our key under the reception area closed window. It looks like no one clean our room. There was a leftover body wash and something in the fridge from a pervious stay.

The building of this apartment looks fairly new. The front desk only open at certain times so if you check out early, no front desk for you to return your keys. Front desk starts at 11am. Poor communication from the front desk staff. Had a reservation and paid online but instead got charged double for room I paid in advance already. Had to call multiple times to get my refund from the manager. The room’s floor are dirty and trash everywhere. Feet got very dirty when you walked without shoes. No shampoo. This hotel is dirty. first room we checked in to looked used and smelled like an ashtray it wa filthy second room while it was a little better it still was not clean the shower was gross the floors were not swept and the fridge was dirty.
