The floors in the lobby and room were very dirty. Not sure if they were mopped my entire stay.

Five star service I especially want to give a shout out to front desk young lady Tina she was so helpful and got us whatever we needed.. she was an excellent help to us and made us feel like home during our 6 night stay.
