I liked that the staff were able to accomodate me with a bigger room and they were very sensitive to my needs. They were respectful Kim and Andrea the front desk clerk and manager. They were very helpful and always pleasant.

Helpful staff. Rooms extremely outdated, linens old, hallways dirty and smelled of garbage, loud!

The only thing good was it was close to the venue I needed to be at. You have to pay for housekeeping and bring your towels to the front to exchange for clean towels. The lock on the bathroom door was broken. The room was very dingy looking. A lot of wear and tear. Very disappointing. Pics must have been taken when it was newly remodeled. Shut my door when we left. Came back and the door was ajar. Checked out early. Staff was nice.
