Terrible service, dirty rooms, not well staffed, the staff did not speak English in the morning, did not have the amenities it was advertised.. The rooms were not cleaned..

Not enough staff to answer questions. Terrible servicr, not enough staff to answer the questions. Dirty rooms. All the amenities were available that was advertised. We moving from this location to a different location in Livermore.

Stay at the Hampton Inn The linens were stained, the bed was hard, so were the pillows. We spent two uncomfortable nights in this place and decided to not go back for the third night, even though we had paid for it. We paid for daily housekeeping and only got one service since the housekeeping staff didn't work on Thanksgiving. No one told us that, but we were charged for that day of non-service anyway. I'll never stay here ever again. I don't know how people stay her long term, it was awful.

good and bad didn't get the room i ordered they gave me a smoking room so it smelled very bad. may not order though orbtiz again i was told by hotel they don't honor request. only give client what they have.
