The kitchen he no kitchen item including a coffee pot or cups. No hair dryer

Smoke Smell Is So Bad I reserved a non smoking room and was given a smoking room on the 3rd floor. I was then given a so-called non smoking room on the so-called "non smoking side of the 3rd floor" but clearly it was not non smoking. The entire 3rd floor and my room smelled so bad of smoke that my clothes and luggage reeked for days. This location needs to seriously ban smoking in or around the hotel like most other locations in California.

Smells like weed/cigarettes First impression, a nice hotel. Walked inside immediately smelled weed and cigarettes, this smell was throughout the building. Our room didn't smell bad otherwise i would have left. I booked a queen and was given double bed room. The blanket was dirty or stained, GROSS. I have a toddler and the problems i listed need to be resolved. I was happy about the price and it comes with a kitchen. The employees were really nice.

Room had kitchen but nothing in it! Never stay there again. Horrible place..................................................................

Ok room and good location. When I arrived to the hotel lobby for check-in, I didn't even get acknowledged for waiting until it was my turn. When the two ladies decided to help me since they finally knew it was going to take a while with the other guest in front of me, I noticed that they haven't even wiped their front counter because it was greasy. A little pricey for no amenities pool etc It was quiet just to pricey I cannot go on forever with nothing more to say about it

Loud room could not sleep. It was loud.

Terrible service, rooms were dirty. No pots available. Staff rude & no vending machines. False advertising. Will never stay there again.
