"Take the GOOD with the BAD. " Great location. Walking distance from all prime shopping & dining destinations. NO ice machines. NO vending machines. NO functioning Wi-Fi. "Continental Breakfast" consisted of coffee, tea, packaged muffins & granola bars. Overpriced for what was received.

Poor customer service Stove head was partially working and couldn't be fixed during my stay over the weekend. Bathroom too small, kitchen utensil not available in the room, I had to go get it myself

No Room for You Booked & Paid for a room and then they didn't have one when I arrived.

Below average for the name and cost room was average, but front desk always had a wait. It seemed that front desk was occupied with friends or not around. :/ Breakfast consisted of granola bars and oranges. When we asked about other fruit we were told they ran out, but we went at 7 am and at 8:30 and it was the same thing. I thought continental provided a bit more.... They call this grab n go.

I won't be staying at the location again The hotel lobby was dirty, glass doors dirty, the elevator dirty. The hotel is run down and doesn't have a kept appearance. The room was difficult to cool. It took over an hour to cool the room down with wall unit. The outside temperature was 95-97 degrees. There were flies in the room. The room appeared to be clean but had a run down appearance. Stains on carpet.

Extended stay? I couldn't wait to leave!!! Hotel is old and dingy, room has a kitchen, but not even a plastic cup in it to get some water. I came back to the hotel to check out and the cleaning staff was already mopping out our room, and threw away my leftovers in the fridge! Find somewhere else to stay this place is wretched. Their version of breakfast is nasty thin coffee, some prepackaged smashed muffins, and breakfast bars.

car vandalized in front parking lot this hotel seemed perfect, quick check in, quiet room but then my car was vandalized in the front parking lot next to lobby so it left me with a bad experience overall. i contacted hotel personally thru emailed with no response of concern from them. this will be my.last stay at this location.
