Terrible and a dangerous wet spot on floor. I think it was water Puddle of water (?) on floor and roach in bathroom. I want my money back Nothing

I would not stay there again. Not clean, my dog found personal conception barrier under the bed. The individual checking us in, took the keys, left for 15 minutes leaving the front desk unattended, returned with the keys and indicated we could go to the room. When we arrived at the room the keys did not work requiring us to go back down to have them rekeyed. Poor Bugs. One in kitchen and one in bathroom when we arrived. One going up wall when watching TV. Worse, one (looked like a small roach) was walking across bed when I was working on my laptop! Didn't sleep well after that. Next, I spilled water on the floor between two beds. The white towel I used to wipe it up was brown with dirt afterwards. My dog was licking floor in kitchen too. I suspect food remnants. Windowsill was not wiped down. I wiped down the bed lamp which needs a more thorough cleaning. Trying to sleep about 1... read more

Bad I was in room 322 and I did not get any sleep at all the people that was on the next floor over us was making noise all night long so the next morning I went to the front desk to complain about it and they said that they would let the manager know so later when i got back from eating breakfast I stop by the front desk again and asked a different person about switching rooms and they said that they would talk to the manager this was the second time then she asked me if I wanted the manager to go and talk with them i said ... read more

Fair The roach and spider that greeted me in the morning and the uncomfortable bed and pillows. At first, it was a pleasant surprise.

Place is a joke They say the breakfast is free that's not true you're charged and we booked a room months in advance only to be called 4 hours before our booking and told that they double booked and the first one here gets the room wtf Idk the room's looked big
