Never Again! I booked a 2 queen bed room. When I got to the room there was 1 queen bed and a tiny chair. I called the front desk and was told they were sold out of double rooms. They did not tell me this at the desk when I checked in. I had 3 people and 1 bed and a bad chair. They told me too bad. Everything for a 30 mile radius was sold out due to race weekend. Smelly. Nothing to want to make me come back. 4th floor smelled like urine, tried to enjoy a shower and the water flooded the floor into the entrance of the room. The water slipped under the closed bathroom door. Poor design flaw. Prostitution and plenty of creeps hanging in halls. My husband and I caught one guy listening to people’s rooms.

Bad i reserved my room on 4/17 jus to arrive on 5/25 and they said they dont have any double beds available/my 16 year old had to sleep in the bed with us /VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

Worst sleep of my life The worst sleep I’ve ever gotten at a hotel. I don’t know how this is a mid-range hotel with the lowest possible quality of bedding ever. It would have been more comfortable to sleep in our car- this was horrible. Calling to get some sort of compensation. The attendant was sweet

The staff, location and overall facilities was adequate and in some instances very good. The caliber of some of the guest is rather sketchy and questionable. Had an incident whereby the adjacent room guest allowed their dog to roam the hallway unattended and the dog went to the bathroom in the hallway. Location and proximity to my work assignment
