Not great, but the staff was nice. The breakfast was stale muffins and coffee. Our room had roaches, although the staff offered to switch our room it makes for an uncomfortable stay when your concerned about bugs. The staff was sweet and communicative.

Bad There was roaches in the room

I’ve stayed at a couple of Extended Stay Suites and loved them but this one was very disappointing. Our bathroom shower Some of the customer service, how the bathroom wasn’t clean, and smell of the hotel. Location.

Worst Hotel Ever I made this reservation back in February from a king room..the reservation said that if I didn't cancel by the 7th of September I would be billed for the first night. I was ok with this as we were planning on going to the races that weekend..The hotel guy [ Jamiel] said he called at 2:30 to confirm if I was coming and only gave me 30 minutes to let him know. Never Again! I booked a 2 queen bed room. When I got to the room there was 1 queen bed and a tiny chair. I called the front desk and was told they were sold out of double rooms. They did not tell me this at the desk when I checked in. I had 3 people and 1 bed and a bad chair. They told me too bad. Everything for a 30 mile radius was sold out due to race weekend. Smelly. Nothing to want to make me come back. 4th floor smelled like urine, tried to enjoy a shower and the water flooded the floor into the entrance of the room. The water slipped under the closed bathroom door. Poor design flaw. Prostitution and plenty of creeps hanging in halls. My husband and I caught one guy listening to people’s rooms.

Bad i reserved my room on 4/17 jus to arrive on 5/25 and they said they dont have any double beds available/my 16 year old had to sleep in the bed with us /VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

Disappointing Elevator was not working i had to take the stairs. AND NO BREAKFAST...You got to do better than that people are paying to stay at your hotel it is not free. I like the room,
