Very noisy .. but the nicest staff It was so loud We heard slamming doors all night Stomping above us We couldn't sleep It was the worst ever The staff was the only thing we liked. They were the nicest ever

Worst sleep of my life The worst sleep I’ve ever gotten at a hotel. I don’t know how this is a mid-range hotel with the lowest possible quality of bedding ever. It would have been more comfortable to sleep in our car- this was horrible. Calling to get some sort of compensation. The attendant was sweet

Poor The shower curtain was too small so the floor get wet every time in use The tv did not work properly and the ac was not cold enough

The staff, location and overall facilities was adequate and in some instances very good. The caliber of some of the guest is rather sketchy and questionable. Had an incident whereby the adjacent room guest allowed their dog to roam the hallway unattended and the dog went to the bathroom in the hallway. Location and proximity to my work assignment

THIS WAS THE MOST UNORGANIZED HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH AN OVERNIGHT STAY! BOOKING.COM APPARANTLY OVER BOOKED OUR ROOM AND THE HOTEL WASNT VERTY ACCOMMODATING WITH SOLVING THE ISSUE THEY BLAMMED BOOKING.COM FOR NOT NOTIFING US THAT THE ROOM WAS NOT AVALABLE THEN THE ROOM WE WERE PUT IN THE AC WAS INOP BUT GOT PUT INTO ANOTHER ROOM THAT WAS CLEARLY AVAILABLE AND READY @ 1AM BUT THEY WERE SOLD OUT WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND REALLY EXPECT MY MONEY BACK......

It was awful. Cream or milk for the coffee was missing. The floor in the room was sticky. On the floor above us, there was a party going on until 4 AM. The light in the bathroom around the mirror was so bright you needed to wear sunglasses. Nothing

Turned away. Being turned away, after securing a room thru Booking.com. The price was reasonable, but apon arrival we were told they wouldn't give us a room because we were on their no stay/rent list. No one could give me a reason for this. A couple hours later I received a call from them asking if we were planning to stay with them. I reminded the lady that they had turned us away.
