Was happy to have somewhere to go to escape Hurricane Milton but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again if I had other op Rooms were not clean. Found a live roach in my room and daughter’s room. Massive hair ball under my daughter’s bed (the 1 year baby found that), an ink pen in my bed (the bed was made with pen in it). Check in was at 3 and the room wasn’t ready until 5:30. Tons of hair on the chair in the room. Had to clean the toilet seat myself cause it had stuff all on it. Beds were super hard and woke up several times ... read more

Roaches....and we paid $300+ night before Milton hit paying three times the normal nightly fee and Roaches Receptionist was excellent.

I was not happy and me and my son came home sick because of the smell My room smelled like animals and the covers were not clean. I called to ask for new linen and they said I had to bring it downstairs and come and get new ones. The location was nice

Not great, but the staff was nice. The breakfast was stale muffins and coffee. Our room had roaches, although the staff offered to switch our room it makes for an uncomfortable stay when your concerned about bugs. The staff was sweet and communicative.

I’ve stayed at a couple of Extended Stay Suites and loved them but this one was very disappointing. Our bathroom shower Some of the customer service, how the bathroom wasn’t clean, and smell of the hotel. Location.

Worst Hotel Ever I made this reservation back in February from a king room..the reservation said that if I didn't cancel by the 7th of September I would be billed for the first night. I was ok with this as we were planning on going to the races that weekend..The hotel guy [ Jamiel] said he called at 2:30 to confirm if I was coming and only gave me 30 minutes to let him know.
