The front desk agent was kind and helpful but the property was not well maintained. There was a surprise $100 deposit. The linens seemed clean but the room was dirty, the pull out couch has stains and a large hole in the fabric. There were discarded items from previous guests including to vape devices and a winter glove. It was the end of July.

Worse hotel ever The room was filthy, a roach almost fell on my head as I was entering the elevator. Hallways were disgusting. Couch in the room was disgusting and had all sorts of stains on, paint was chipped and missing.

The customer service was exceptional. Milton was very nice and welcoming. However the rooms are not very clean. There was old food in the couch from previous guests. Microwave was filthy. Cleanliness wasn’t a major thing here.

Make Another Choice The area was nice but the environment wasn’t. People were hanging all out like it was a neighborhood party, the garage was overflowing in the hallway, the carpet was dirty and smelled of smoke, kids were running all through the building and parking lot, and the furniture was very warn and smelled of smoke. I made sure to take pictures. They had the nerve to have a pull in spray going in the hallway to try and help. Had a fire in the building and the firemen needed entry (30 days ago) so they busted the door down to our room, and evidence shows that (front desk clerk warned us beforehand). Ac doesnt work.
