Multiple groups of people standing outside the various doors smoking weed. No parking near the entrance. Felt very uncomfortable.

The room had a musty smell to it, the carpet was sticky with an obvious film, and the couch didn't look safe to sit on (I used a blanket before sitting on the couch). The kitchenette and refrigerator was clean.

This place is an aged building in desperate need of maintenance and a few upgrades. Security at entrance is disconnected and hangs loosely by the door. Carpet on the first step to second floor hangs in shreds. Hazard. Door to our unit has bent hinges and a malfunctioning locking mechanism. Ice machine is disconnected. Tenants toss empty beverage containers, snack bags and refuse on the ground in front of building’s door. I spent an afternoon cleaning our unit Bathroom seemed untouched in quite some time. I had roaches and rat poop in the room smoke and feet smell . It was so bad I actually left early

This is not a place to enjoy vacation. It is like an apartment building. There are kids playing and alot of hanging outside. However, the staff is very nice and the people staying there are very nice. Personally the place was not clean and I was traveling with children. I would not stay again but if you have no choice due to limited funds it is ok.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place felt unsafe. There were residents just sitting outside and children running around. The hallways smelled. The door the the room did not close all the way. The fridge looked like it had been shot with a BB gun. The floor was extremely sticky. The room smelled. The bathroom was dirty the shower leaked. This was traumatic. We did not stay.
