Make Another Choice The area was nice but the environment wasn’t. People were hanging all out like it was a neighborhood party, the garage was overflowing in the hallway, the carpet was dirty and smelled of smoke, kids were running all through the building and parking lot, and the furniture was very warn and smelled of smoke. I made sure to take pictures. They had the nerve to have a pull in spray going in the hallway to try and help. Had a fire in the building and the firemen needed entry (30 days ago) so they busted the door down to our room, and evidence shows that (front desk clerk warned us beforehand). Ac doesnt work.

Multiple groups of people standing outside the various doors smoking weed. No parking near the entrance. Felt very uncomfortable.

The room had a musty smell to it, the carpet was sticky with an obvious film, and the couch didn't look safe to sit on (I used a blanket before sitting on the couch). The kitchenette and refrigerator was clean.

There was smoking all around my room. Clearly there were residents who lived there.

This place is an aged building in desperate need of maintenance and a few upgrades. Security at entrance is disconnected and hangs loosely by the door. Carpet on the first step to second floor hangs in shreds. Hazard. Door to our unit has bent hinges and a malfunctioning locking mechanism. Ice machine is disconnected. I had roaches and rat poop in the room smoke and feet smell . It was so bad I actually left early
