Horrible We stayed for 2 days and there was no A/C in our room. We kept reporting and nothing was done. My wife is pregnant and have asthma and they just didnt care. We tried auto and on neither one worked

They gave my reservation away. But they called me 6 hours before i checked in to let me know there was a $100 deposit. My question is why didn't they know they weren't going to have rooms for that evening. I spent 3 hours trying to get another room through expedia. Overall terrible experience.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. The room I booked was not set aside for me. The room was filthy. There was fresh BLOOD on the bed pillows in the room they gave me. I needed to vacuum the dirt and crumbs from the sofa sleeper. The door lock was wobbly. No coffee pot available, no glasses or cups, no extra pillows available to replace the bloody pillows we found saw in he room. No food in the main office in morning. Missing curtains, dirty floors not cleaned.

Disappointing Stay - This is NOT a Hotel! My recent experience at what was advertised as a hotel was incredibly misleading and frankly, quite unpleasant. To call this place a "hotel" is a significant misrepresentation. It felt much more like a poorly managed apartment building with transient occupants. There was a turd in the toilet, sink had spit and hair, fast food trash on the table. They offered a different room with a broken oven, finally a decent room, 3rd times the charm. Ice machine did not work, very few breakfast options, crib availability from online was not accurate as they’ve never had a crib before.

There were barely any untensils available the air conditioner was broken the ice machines were broken theire were people hanging out front in the doorway area until 3 or 4am on Sunday night talking and yelling for hours. The hallway smelled funky like feet. The breakfast was barely there nothing to drink at all not even water. The people above me were stomping so hard it was unbelievable i have never heard the noise of other motel rooms before. The room was tiny and to have a $100 deposit was a joke A huge never again!

They needs better housekeeping because the floors was dirty with spots on it. They need to up date the whole hotel, they need better rules for people that visiting or staying because you would of thought it was a murder going on upstairs from my room the kids where jumping off furniture to the bed then running like it’s a playground I told the front desk staff twice but I will never look this away ever again if I can get my $68 back I would or my one day stay and sleep better somewhere else I would but never again here.
