not what im used to from this chain I was not impressed with this location at all. I have spent many nights with this chain and this was one of the worst. When I booked my reservation, I was. asked about specific requests. I asked for extra towels and wash cloths. I even booked a second room for additional family and made a similar request. When I arrived, I set of towels, so I had to go to the desk to get more. I booked two rooms for a total of 7 people. The only option was a queen size and a sleeper sofa. My stay was amazing but disappointed because when I arrived my reservation date was incorrect causing me to pay at the hotel an extra 200 after I had already booked ! The hotel then informed me that it had been booked for April 7th. I do not need a room for this day I only needed it for the weekend I ended up paying for at the hotel! I'm just getting back from traveling and I am really sadden with the person who initiated the 1st reservation because it caused me to spend unintended money I would really like someone to cancel... read more

Never again Our first night was okay the second was not. Went to take a shower and found a used catheter hanging on the hook of the bathroom door. That is a bio hazard. We will never stay here again. The only reason we did was do to helping a daughter move in the area and it was close by.

Stay was alright. Room was not very clean. There was carpet fresh sprinkled all over the place to hide odors. Staff were fine. Breakfast was decent.

Will Never Stay Here Again Absolutely horrible stay. Upon checking in the nonsmoking room smelled like old cigars and musty. The attendant brought spray. I later discovered coffee in the coffee pot with a layer of mold. Then discovered old molding food in the fridge and microwave!!! Told there were no other rooms. That morning I killed TWO scorpions in the middle of the floor!!! Complained and was told the manager would be contacting me. 3 days later and I haven't received any correspondence!!!!!
