Not great... Dirty sheets, small roach in kitchen, only two towels in a two room suite, one entrance smelled like cigarette smoke and the other smelled like marijuana. The workers at the front desk were nice and helped get us clean sheets quickly. The breakfast was above average.

Below par hotel facility and room smelled badly I had below par experience for my family stay at this location. Definitely below sub par on a 3 star hotel standard and no where close to Marriott Brand facility. Our room smelled bad and had to get a air fresher sprayed. Same thing happened next night after we came to hotel at night and the lobby smelled even worse. The property was old and needs an uplift. Our room was in an adjacent building. The entry area in the building was very smelly, we had to, literally, hold our breath until we entered our rooms. The room was well kept. The room service came only after 2 nights, our towels were changed but the sheets were not. Most importantly my wife's imported face wash was "STOLEN". This theft incident was reported to front desk and they said they will check with the room service and let us know. No feedback till now. The breakfast was good... read more

Rooms are not being cleaned, very cheap,worst breakfast ever. hallway smells marijuana,weed[never recommends to stay with a family] worst stay ever,never gonna stay again

As a Marriott rewards member, this will be my 1st time giving a review. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Let me 1st say this is no reflection on the staff. They were great, especially Frank. Marriott should be ashamed of allowing anyone to stay at this so called hotel. This is nothing but a residential below the motel level apartment complex. How dare you have customers stay at this place where people live like it's an apartment. Dirty Room The staff was nice and fri madly but the room is very dirty and the carpet is old and dirty. Also, the room smelled bad.

Hotels.com should refund my money!!! The stay left alot to be desired from waiting an hour for checkin to the broken light and stove that hadn't been cleaned in months. I would definitely be recommend to anyone looking for a hotel room beyond 1.5 Stars.

I was really disappointed with the stay. The couch was filthy & torn. Sheets, blanket, & pillow were not in either of our 2 rooms for the pull out couch. When we advised the front desk of this, they only brought 2 sheets. There is what appears to be coffee drips on the back of the bathroom door & wall that weren't cleaned & when I went to use the conditioner the container was empty.
