Rooms are not being cleaned, very cheap,worst breakfast ever. hallway smells marijuana,weed[never recommends to stay with a family] worst stay ever,never gonna stay again

As a Marriott rewards member, this will be my 1st time giving a review. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Let me 1st say this is no reflection on the staff. They were great, especially Frank. Marriott should be ashamed of allowing anyone to stay at this so called hotel. This is nothing but a residential below the motel level apartment complex. How dare you have customers stay at this place where people live like it's an apartment. Dirty Room The staff was nice and fri madly but the room is very dirty and the carpet is old and dirty. Also, the room smelled bad.

Apenas boa localização Staff despreparado p lidar c público, Toalhas mais finas que papel, Sem restaurante nem para pagarmos um lanche na noite que chegamos ao hotel. Fraco. Muito fraco.

Hotels.com should refund my money!!! The stay left alot to be desired from waiting an hour for checkin to the broken light and stove that hadn't been cleaned in months. I would definitely be recommend to anyone looking for a hotel room beyond 1.5 Stars.

I was really disappointed with the stay. The couch was filthy & torn. Sheets, blanket, & pillow were not in either of our 2 rooms for the pull out couch. When we advised the front desk of this, they only brought 2 sheets. There is what appears to be coffee drips on the back of the bathroom door & wall that weren't cleaned & when I went to use the conditioner the container was empty. sad but true I am absolutely mad and disappointed. I have been charged before at other hotels after having left them for who knows what, so this time, I decided to ask the person at the front desk before I checked out to have someone come with me and check the room before I left it. Of course they said they could not do that, so I told them that I did not want to get charge and that I needed a solution, so she printed out a paper and gave it to me saying that that was all she could do. A never again customer! Place should be torn down! Money wasted. The cable didn't work half the time. The bedding and mattress was the pits! I do not recommended this place to anyone!!

Dirty Hotel Room wasn't clean and the toliet was always stopped up..my bed was broken it had a higher dent on the left side if the bed and the hallway of the hotel smelled
