Drove all the way from Wisconsin and when I got there they told me the room was not available so they gave me a different room took them two hours to get it ready , I also booked because they had a pool while waiting the last told me they don’t have one anymore but it’s still on the website . I asked for a refund and I have yet to receive it.

Room was not cleaned. They allotted a pet friendly room to me but I have no pets and got pet allergies. They didn’t clean pet food, probably pet did pea in closet and smelling very bad. Even after letting them know no one cared to give response. Dryer wasn’t working, washer working but not cleaned, looked dirty and rusty. Air conditioner machine has food from years and yuck.

This place has a lot of problems, I wouldn't even know where to start. Just a brief list of what I experienced: -Online check in system is not working properly - they basically don't know which rooms are occupied and which ones are not. - Housekeeping is non existent -Not sure if the bathroom in the room was cleaned after the previous guest.
