When we first got there our room had a fishy order. Our next room had stains everywhere. The staff is lazy and rude. The bed sank in when we laid on it. The refrigerator didn’t work. We asked for new sheets they told us no we only get a refresh. The tub has a bunch of little hair in it which shows the room was barely clean. We didn’t feel comfortable the walls are very thin. Don’t waste your money here they need to be shut down!!!!

No room cleaning had to get more towels the flat screen TV in the room was damaged and u couldn't see anything on the bottom screen

YUK!!!! What a let down, the worse 2 weeks I've ever spent in a Hotel. The place is rundown, not sure if the big red stain in the carpet was old blood or fruit juice. The cleaning people never even vacuumed the carpet the whole stay. Funny, a 2"piece of my sneaker lace broke off and stayed where it laid the whole 2 weeks. Mold on the hallway ceiling. Having a kitchen area was nice but the oven door didn’t close all the way. Electrical outlet exposed, no linens in closet for pull out bed, no bath towels, wrong channels on tv, no maid service at all.

Poorly maintained property especially with Marriott name. A roach crawled across top of bedspread this morning. Loud noise from stairs. Smoke smell. Icky feeling overall. Staff were nice enough but overall yuck!

DON'T STAY HERE! Only good thing to say about this place is the front desk staff are very friendly. Fortunately we only had to be here for about 7 hours. The 2 BR suite with queen beds in each bedroom is a LIE - we had DOUBLE BEDS! Not good when your husband is 6'4". We simply do not stay in hotels that do not have at least queen beds - WE WERE DUPED!!! The place is in desperate need of updating. The beds were most uncomfortable. Not great... Dirty sheets, small roach in kitchen, only two towels in a two room suite, one entrance smelled like cigarette smoke and the other smelled like marijuana. The workers at the front desk were nice and helped get us clean sheets quickly. The breakfast was above average.

Below par hotel facility and room smelled badly I had below par experience for my family stay at this location. Definitely below sub par on a 3 star hotel standard and no where close to Marriott Brand facility. Our room smelled bad and had to get a air fresher sprayed. Same thing happened next night after we came to hotel at night and the lobby smelled even worse. The property was old and needs an uplift. Our room was in an adjacent building. The entry area in the building was very smelly, we had to, literally, hold our breath until we entered our rooms. The room was well kept. The room service came only after 2 nights, our towels were changed but the sheets were not. Most importantly my wife's imported face wash was "STOLEN". This theft incident was reported to front desk and they said they will check with the room service and let us know. No feedback till now. The breakfast was good... read more
