It was the worst experience. The refrigerator was broken, the shampoo bottle was empty, and due to a system failure, I couldn't check in until 20:00.

A mess! This hotel is horrible! When we first arrived to check in, it was said that one of our rooms was “booked on top of someone else” so we had to do the most for almost a hour. We were given two rooms in place of the one. Walking into one of the new rooms, there were other people things scattered around the entire room. They gave us a room that was already occupied. I liked the location of this hotel because it was close to family that we were visiting. However, it was very disappointing. After checking in, the front desk staff made it seem as if we were going to have a party telling us about police showing up if we get too loud at the hotel. Then once we got into our rooms, it was lacking. It was nothing like we saw online. There was no hot water i contacted hotels .com who was of no help your staff hung up on ne i called 5 tines was on phone hour each time none of the agents lefts the hotel's bed had a huge sink in it. Since hotels. Come would not assist me even as a loyal gold membership ill take my business elsewhere

Worse place ever First when I went to the second building where I was staying it had this horrible smell all throughout the building. Got to my room it was dirty and freezing inside. Tried to turn it up some but none of the buttons worked so I could not even turn it off. Went to get ice but there was no ice bucket. I took a bowl to get ice and the machine in my building did not work. I went over to get ice in the other building and talk to someone at the desk about how cold my room was.
