The bathtub did not drain until long after the shower was over-I could have got over that. The thing I’m not over is one of the double beds wreaked of pee when I pulled the covers down. So my 3 children and I all slept in the other double bed. We will not be staying there again! I would have rather slept in my Jeep!

Warning--Stay Away from this place! Poorly trained and poorly motivated staff. No coffee, etc. in room, "breakfast" was a cup of coffee, no juice, nothing to eat. No hand sanitizer available at the front desk. When I asked why these offerings were very different from the published offerings, I was told by differentemployees that it was at the direction of Wyndham or at the direction of the State of Virginia. The front desk clerk was not wearing a mask as mandated by the state of Virginia due to the pandemic. Customers in the line waiting to check in were not wearing masks either. I questioned the clerk why no masks and was told she wasn't concerned because the partial plastic divider between her and the customers was adequate. I found the no smoking room assigned to me and had cigarette burns in the linens on both beds. cigarettes throughout the stairwells, etc. I spoke to the clerk about the condition of the room/stairs to whic... read more

FAILING AND FALLING APART Met at front desk by Ms. Methmouth not wearing a face mask despite statewide mandate and multiple signs on door. Room door lock not functioning well and twice would not work leaving me outside in the blowing cold running back and forth to front desk where Ms.Methmouth's efforts to correct were unsuccessful I have stayed here a few times over the past 7 years and this will be my last stay. Not a good stay It was not a good stay, The room was gross and very unclean. There was hair all around the toilet, in the shower, and not taken care of at all. Got in late and the A/C unit did not work the room was very warm and could not get it to turn on at all. Other guest were yelling in the parking lot and running up and down the hall with the luggage carrier. I would not recommend this place keep looking around.

Loved the room and the location. Problem was and so inconvenient was being lock out of room by office. They thought our stay was over. . After checking their records found out we had reserved for another day Sounds like staff does not read or know what is going on. I am handicap had to stand at door and wait while husband took care of.
