Looked like a nice place, but first room had roach in floor, second room I had to clean my own toilet during COVID-19 stay, it was nasty, and hair in tub and in drawers, Air Conditioner stopped working within an hour, lock on door did not work, I got little to no sleep, it was a horrible experience and they didn't offer me anything for my problems, Never left negative feedback before for any hotel, ever, I stay in hotels alot, it was very dissapointing.

Where’s the Java? There were no coffee makers in the rooms, and coffee was not available until 6:00 am, which does not work for travelers hitting the road early. I was told by the receptionist that Wyndham chose to take away the coffee makers; therefore, I’m taking my business away. In addition, the floors were filthy; I had to wear shoes in the room , so my feet would stay clean.

ont believe what you see online !!! Booked a king room with mountain view, pic with stairs was my view. Floor was unswept and sticky. Had no fridge or microwave as said online, someone urinated outside my door. Had booked for 3 nights...left after one !!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL This hotel was unacceptable in every possible way. Not covid safe, no such thing as non smoking room even though they advertise that and will not give a refund. The registration area was not clean and the woman at the reception desk was not wearing a mask or staying behind a plexiglass divider. The non smoking room we booked smelled like a dirty ashtray. Not going back It appeared to be reasonably clean. The clentele looked like mostly drug addicts however. The tv did not work. The water was brown

This is NOT the "Days Inn by Wyndham Bristol" The name of this place listed here is "Days Inn by Wyndham Bristol". The address and where my reservation was is called "Days Inn and Suites Bristol". The other one is down the road a bit, but technically in Tennessee. I think all of the great reviews here are for the other location, because they do not line up with my experience at all. I ended up leaving after one night to stay at a different place.

Do not stay here! The pictures posted of the hotel are completely inaccurate. The room was dark, floors sticky, bathroom extremely small and dirty and the mini fridge was leaking everywhere. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not be staying here ever again. Do not book here

Wouldn’t stay again The bed was pretty comfortable. Other than that, it wasn’t very good. The pool was closed - understandable with the Covid crisis but the women in the office appeared to be better suited as housekeeping staff rather than front desk reps; both were unkempt and had dental problems. The room was on the back side of the hotel where there were what appeared to be weekly tenants with construction workers and a couple with children living in the hotel. Overall, it wasn’t pleasant and I would not stay again.
