The property was convenient to many things. We stayed 4 nights and the room was not cleaned once during our stay. Bed not made, garbage not emptied, etc. The website should indicate that you may be staying with people who are living there. Not sure if they were homeless or on hard times. Entire place smelled like bleach and smoke and pot, all the towels in our room had hair on them, the fixtures were all very worn and dirty.
everything looked good until the first night people stood outside the window talking loudly for hours, not letting us sleep, the next day we woke up in high spirits since it was our vacation and everything to find a "breakfast" that doesn't deserve to be called that since they barely had coffee they should porne which is the breakfast they include because that's not breakfast at all, it couldn't be poorer, they never cleaned the room and we let them do it please, they didn't have shampoo or conditioner just a meager soap whi... read more
No breakfast is big disappointment
I have traveled to many cities and countries, but I have never experienced such poor service from any hotel. This is completely unacceptable. The staff misled customers by committing to certain terms before reservation, only to inform us upon arrival that the booking was canceled. They then demanded a higher amount to rebook. If a reservation is genuinely canceled, guests should receive an email notification at least 1–2 days in advance, with a clear explanation. Not clean
Dirty floors, smelled of weed, but it was a bed I asked for a non-smoking room. The room smelled like weed as did the hallways. Laminate wood Floors were really dirty so when we got in the shower we could see the dirt come off our feet.
Horrible.
