There were bugs in the room, and the floors were dirty.
What I don't like no ice, nowhere to sit after 11pm to socialize, no pool. I suggest that you put some chairs outside to sit so we can enjoy the view.
No breakfast!
They cancel our reservation upon arrival.
Cleanliness Lacking The cleanliness was lacking. Found a toothpick on the floor, dirty floors, smelled pretty bad. Just a bad experience all around.
I had a reservation and we had car trouble on the way. I called to let them know we would be late. The lady asked, did you already pay I said yes she said that’s fine. Well it wasn’t the late night staff stated I didn’t have a reservation anymore and if she gave me a reservation she would be fired. Made no sense to me. I would not/will not recommend this hotel ever.
