Unsafe and blocked off entrance I never got to check in. I did not stay there. The front entrance of the hotel was completely blocked off by caution tape and when I went around to the rear entrance, there was a note on the door with a phone number. I called and got no answer. It was dark and very scary and there was a guy hanging around outside there and I did not feel safe, so I did not stay.

Maintenance failure The hotel it self is nice and rooms meet expectations. We arrived for checking around 4pm and there was nobody at the desk. We had to call a 500 number from the lobby, no answer and there another number on a note to call, which I did, no answer. We left and came back several hours later and were able to check in. This was the worst dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. If it wasn’t that we just traveled 1000 miles and was exhausted, we would’ve changed our hotel reservations instead I had my husband go run to the Walmart and buy a canna Lysol to spray the floors in beds. The clientele you are having an establishment is disgusting. There is a pitbull running up and down the hallway on the third floor. What the hell is this owner thinking
Eh…….. The price is what hooked us to stay. There was a 10% off. We booked easy. Once we got into the hotel the alarm went off. Front desk gentleman asked kind of rudely what I needed. So said I’m checking in…….. The.whole.time.i.was.checking.in…. The alarm was on. Never turned it off. Or even attempted to. Elevator was broken. No big deal. Stuff happens. My review and experience is horrible! Made a reservation arrived at property to be told there’s no reservation or availability and credit card was charged!! Poor experience trying to get resolution of being charged for non existent reservation.
UNSANITARY - WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS CHAIN. I am not an unrealistic person nor am I high maintenance at all. I'm not going to expect 5 star accommodations from a 2 star establishment. I've started in motels, hotels and resorts. I know what is standard and what is considered "perks/extras". This was my first experience with this hotel chain. I paid $170 for the one night stay.
