the website stated check in is 18 , i also called the property to confirm that, and i was also told that it was 18 . i traveled from WA state to this hotel here in NC just to be told i’m not allowed to check in because the policy is 21 . why was that not anywhere in the description? and why was i not informed over the phone? disappointed honestly,dishonest advertising

I stayed on the first floor of the property. When I checked in, the clerk told me that I could expect it to get "really cold" in my room. In actuality, the room was so humid, the only way to not allow the floor to become slick with condensation (able to be seendue to the lack of carpet in the room), was to keep the AC on and turned down to a colder setting. Room had bugs it had a odor there was nobody at front desk for 90 percent of stay
