The wifi was off and the water was cut off during half of my stay

Positives: The room was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of space to spread out. The staff was very friendly (except one person at the desk was not particularly helpful when I asked for a blanket for the hide-a-bed, but that response seemed like an exception to the rule). Negatives: The three days we were there, no breakfast was available -- something about the delivery not getting there.
