Burn it down. We arrived after a 13 hour drive, to find the staff was not available to check us in. My 5 year old had to use the bathroom, there was not a public restroom available. I called the operator as the sign on the door instructed us to do. No answer. We waited for 20 mins before I called the corporate number only to be hung up on. Bad service since there was no one to check me in Got to hotel at 1145pm the reception was closed and we had to look for another hotel which took me hours and messed up my weekend

Ridiculous I reserved this hotel b/c they had indoor corridor rooms, accepted pets, & had free breakfast included. When we arrived late that evening, we realized that they had mistakenly gave our room to someone else & that is why they proceeded to send us across the street to their other location which was supposed to be identical...but wasn't. Bad Experience - - - Don't do it!!! Never stayed at an extended stay before. First experience left a bad impression. Was dank and dingy and I didn't feel comfortable at all. I was looking down for a chalk outline of a body on the floors!!! I will not stay here (or any other Extended Stay) ever again!

Real bad rooms at extended stay The 2 rooms i had.one of them had lots of roaches everything was nasty.the other room the microwave was vwey nasty no tissue in the bathroom.i told the manager.the receptionist told no one was suppose to stay in the room.because some one stayed there for a long time.it needed a whole lot of work.

smelled and unsafe Although budget priced, cleanliness and safety are a priority. Hotel smelled of smoke and mustiness. Exit door was propped opened with a rock. And a gentleman was sleeping in a chair in the lobby.
