Terrible Hotel Will never stay here again, roach infested, dirty bedding, dirty towels, dirty room, stinch, loud and will never stay at this location again and don't recommend anyone staying unless you want a family of roaches residing with you.

T E R R I B L E Terrible . Towels and washcloths were dirty front desk service was trash! I called for utensils and was told I need to come down for them. I then go downstairs only to be told they only have knives. Dumbest thing ever! The microwave DID NOT WORK! I did not have any maid service while there. Smelled like smoke. And my last day I woke up to two roaches ... one in the bathroom and one in the main hallway. I will NEVER stay here again or tell my WORST enemy to stay here. Roaches rat dropping and terrible smell We arrived to the smell of smoke. One of the girls in the room had just got out of the shower sat on the pull out bed to pit lotion on, on to see a small roach crawling on her. We then saw a bigger one on the wall. We proceeded to the from to ask for a different room which the front desk personell kindly gave to us. We moved across the hall and when we opened the door, it smelled like feces. I went to tune on the heat to find busted vents on the unit with some type of droppings in it..... read more

checked into a dirty room and then moved to a room with bugs.

Worst Hospitality ever It was mediocre at best.. I never saw housekeeping 1 time over 3 days..The only hotel in the world with no ice machine.. When I checked in the little guy in the office looked like he was high as a kite and didnt speak 2 words, i had actually chose a nicer place but this place charged my card all 3 nights before i had checked in. according to their policy if i failed to cancel i would only be charged for 1 night. then on the second day the manager beat on my door demanding a days payment that had obviou... read more

Nice staff! Really nice young lady at the front desk- not her fault that people take advantage of a good deal, and don't care about taking care of things that aren't their own. That being said... it smells smokey.... and it's just nasty... Not many breakfast options.. I'd pay more for a nicer stay next time.

Hotels.com Nightmare! We had a confirmation number from hotels.com for the Hyatt place in downtown Columbia. We arrived at the hotel to find they did not have our reservation. The hotel was sold out as were many in the area. There solution was to send us to a roach motel 10 min away that was absolutely disgusting and at our cost. We could no longer walk to the concert and had to Uber at our cost. Hotels.com did nothing about the mixup and tried to offer a $100 voucher for our next stay... which of course I will not use hotel... read more

Nonsmoking should mean nonsmoking. People request nonsmoking for a reason. My request was noted at check in, but my room smelled otherwise. This gave me a terrible headache, as it was so late when I checked in that I didn’t have the time or energy to ask to change rooms. I also had to go down two flights of stairs with my bags from the lobby to my first floor room. The socks I wore in the room turned black, not grey or brown but black.
